Coastal Home Watch LLC provides Home Watch Services to homeowners on Cape Ann, and most of the North Shore in Massachusetts. We are properly licensed by the Massachusetts State Police Certification Unit: License #LW0503A

Coastal Home Watch is a company formed as a result of Salo Home Watch which was owned and operated by Dana Salo, a lifelong resident of Cape Ann, Massachusetts.

Salo Home Watch LLC first became licensed in 2009 and has maintained this certification up to the formation of Coastal Home Watch LLC. Coastal Home Watch LLC is also bonded and insured for your protection. We hold a Private Detective’s bond and a Dishonesty bond, as well as professional and general liability insurance policies. Proof of insurance and license is available upon request.

We are a fully accredited member of the National Home Watch Association. At present, Coastal Home Watch LLC is the only properly licensed, bonded, insured, and nationally accredited home watch service company on the North Shore.
